Website and business enquiries

When you contact Siaski or submit a demonstration request, we may process the information you provide, including your name, business contact details, organisation information, areas of interest, workflow description and systems information, so that we can respond and manage the resulting business relationship.

How information is used

We use enquiry information for legitimate business purposes, including responding to requests, arranging demonstrations, evaluating potential pilots, maintaining business records and protecting our services.

Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate our website, hosting, transactional email and business systems. We do not sell personal information. Demonstration-request information is used for business enquiry handling and is not added to a marketing list by submitting the form.

Retention

We retain business enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations and legitimate business records.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing. To raise a privacy request, contact privacy@siaski.com.
