The outcome must have a record behind it.
These are the recorded results of an isolated synthetic staging assessment on 2 November 2026. We separate technical demonstration evidence from customer production proof.
1,000 cases. Every expected outcome accounted for.
No real provider was contacted. No real customer data was used. Salesforce and ServiceNow records were not updated by this 1,000-case run. The outbound synthetic connector was disabled. This is not proof of production availability, a third-party security certification or commercial ROI.
Not a green tick from a language model.
Technical verification requires correlation to the correct case, an authorised action, read-back evidence of the target state and an inspectable audit trail. Missing or contradictory evidence prevents a verified closure.
A customer's agreement is a separate signal. If the customer disputes the result, that disagreement should be recorded and the case handled under a distinct review or reopening process.
More than a status field.
The assessment checked matching case references, verification states, ledger totals, action counts, evidence hashes and audit events.
Tested separately. Not yet production approved.
Salesforce Developer Edition and ServiceNow developer-instance workflows have separately demonstrated selected integration and read-back capabilities. Those tests are distinct from the isolated 1,000-case fixture.
Customer-specific connectors, production security acceptance, monitoring and measured ROI remain pilot gates. No partnership or endorsement by those vendors is claimed.
Test one case type against your own baseline.
Start with a sandbox assessment and agreed evidence criteria, then a controlled pilot if the results justify it.
