Own the issue
Capture the customer’s problem, its current status and the next action in one traceable case.
Siaski is built to finish the work behind customer service. It investigates the issue, checks authority, takes permitted action in connected systems and verifies the outcome. One accountable journey from the first message to the recorded result.
See the working Business Water demonstration and inspect the recorded synthetic test evidence. Real customer actions require approved connections and controls.
A disputed water bill becomes an investigated, policy-checked and evidence-verified synthetic correction. Watch the journey before booking your own platform demonstration.
This is a visual reconstruction of a controlled synthetic case—not a recording of a live customer, a connected water provider or real-time resolution performance. The 52-second runtime is the length of the video, not the time taken to resolve a real case.
See the recorded test evidence and the worked Business Water example.
All 1,000 cases produced their expected outcome, with zero unexpected results in the isolated staging run on 2 November 2026. These are synthetic tests, not production customer performance or financial ROI. The controlled run did not update any external provider system.
A reassuring message is not a correction. A ticket marked closed is not proof. Siaski is built to connect the customer conversation to the operational work that resolves the problem.
The resolution journey keeps the issue, checks, permitted actions and final evidence together. If the action is not authorised or the outcome is not verified, the case stays open for the next accountable step.

Check identity, policy, account records and the evidence needed to act correctly.
Execute approved corrections or service actions in the connected system of record.
Read the authoritative record back. A successful request is not automatically a successful outcome.
Close with proof; otherwise retain the open status, reason and path to human review.
Siaski’s resolution model does not equate sending a reply with finishing the job. A case must have a supported outcome, a recorded reason it cannot proceed, or a clear path for the person authorised to take it forward.
Verify the change against the authoritative system and attach the supporting evidence to the case before declaring technical completion.
If identity, policy or approval prevents action, preserve the reason and the required human decision. No invented resolution.
If confirmation is missing or the customer disputes the result, keep the issue visible for review rather than silently marking it done.
In the controlled Northgate Water demonstration, Siaski examines a disputed reading, checks the evidence, applies a permitted £184.72 synthetic correction and reads the updated ledger back. The recorded case passes all seven required checks.
The controlled run also proved its safeguards: corrections beyond policy limits and identity failures were held with a recorded reason. The balance stayed unchanged and the case required review.
Siaski carries out the work it is authorised to do—and makes the reason visible when it cannot proceed. The organisation controls access and approval limits; missing or conflicting proof prevents a false completion.
Security & safeguardsSiaski connects the customer journey to operational systems rather than replacing the tools teams rely on. Salesforce and ServiceNow developer-environment workflows have demonstrated selected integration and read-back capabilities. Each client integration is scoped and approved.
